Hosting and Security<\/h2><p>Our website is hosted by <strong>Kinsta<\/strong> and uses <strong>Cloudflare<\/strong> for speed optimization and security. We also use <strong>Google reCAPTCHA<\/strong> on our website in accordance with their <a class=\"underline underline underline-offset-2 decoration-1 decoration-current\/40 hover:decoration-current focus:decoration-current\" href=\"https:\/\/policies.google.com\/privacy\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Privacy Policy<\/a>. The purpose of reCAPTCHA is to verify whether data entered on our website (e.g., in a contact form) is submitted by a human or by an automated program. We implement technical and organizational security measures to protect your data.<\/p><h2>9. Please do not send sensitive data via email.<\/li><li><strong>WhatsApp Business:<\/strong> Please note that WhatsApp transfers data to Meta (USA). We recommend not sending sensitive data via WhatsApp.<\/li><li><strong>Video Consultations (Google Meet):<\/strong> For virtual consultations we use Google Meet, a service provided by Google Ireland Limited. When using this service, technical data (e.g., IP address, time of participation) is processed by Google. Data processing takes place in European data centers based on our legitimate interest in efficient patient communication (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) and, where applicable, your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Online appointment booking via Doctolib<\/h2><p>For convenient online appointment booking, we use the service provided by Doctolib GmbH, Mehringdamm 51, 10961 Berlin, on our website.<\/p><p>When you use the online appointment booking service, you will be redirected to the Doctolib website or an integrated window will open. Data (e.g., IP address, name, contact details, and the reason for your visit) will be transferred to Doctolib.
