Eine digitale Implantatplanung, basierend auf zuvor gewonnenen, dreidimensionalen, radiologischen Daten, erm\u00f6glicht dabei ein vorhersagbares, chirurgisches Vorgehen. Durch eine Spitzkammplastik, als spezielle Form der Alveolarkammresektion, sollte bei einer zahnlosen Patientin mit spitz zulaufendem Kieferkamm und starker Atrophie im Unterkiefer ein ausreichend dimensioniertes Implantatbett zur Aufnahme von 2 Implantaten geschaffen werden. <br \/><strong>Methode:<\/strong> Nach ausf\u00fchrlicher Befundung und Therapieplanung wurde zur Diagnostik der Knochenverh\u00e4ltnisse im Unterkiefer eine digitale Volumentomografie (DVT) in Form eines Dualscans angefertigt. Nach Hygienephase und Vorbehandlung erfolgte der chirurgische Eingriff. Die digital geplante Implantation wurde in der gleichen Operation wie die Augmentation vorgenommen. Die Einheilung der Implantate erfolgte geschlossen. <br \/><strong>Ergebnisse:<\/strong> Durch eine vorangegangene, digitale Implantatplanung kann ein vorhersagbarer, chirurgischer Eingriff gew\u00e4hrleistet werden.
