Abstract:

Im Falle von Nichtanlagen kann eine alleinige, implantologische Versorgung der Lücke aufgrund von Bewegungen der Nachbarzähne in die Lücke hinein nicht möglich sein. Eine Lösungsmöglichkeit ist die präimplantologische Bewegung der Nachbarzähne in die korrekte Position. Der dargestellte Fallbericht zeigt die kombinierte kieferorthopädische und implantologische Behandlung eines derartigen Falles.
