Missing teeth not only compromise your smile but also your chewing function and can lead to incorrect stress loads on your jaw. A fixed dental bridge is a reliable and aesthetic solution to permanently replace lost teeth. We provide reliable consultation, plan digitally, and fabricate your new bridge in-house to save you repeated visits. Our practice is located only about 20 minutes from Zurich Airport and 1 minute from Jestetten SBB train station (S9, S65).
Metal-free Full Ceramic Bridges for the highest aesthetic demands
Dr. Sebastian Horvath – Specialist in Prosthodontics (DGPro) ensures that your bridge not only fits perfectly functionally but also blends seamlessly into your dental arch visually.
The fabrication of a bridge requires the highest precision, as the anchoring teeth (abutment teeth) must be protected. We are an owner-managed practice that consciously focuses on perfecting function and aesthetics. Here we have no rotating dentists, but our certified specialists work hand in hand. If you have already received a bridge at another practice but are not satisfied with the result, contact us below for a second opinion.
We stand for interdisciplinary expertise and a result secured by digital planning. We minimize risk and maximize stability by relying on the expertise of Dr. Sebastian Horvath – Specialist in Prosthodontics (DGPro) and the work of a CAD/CAM master lab under the supervision of Dr. Domonkos Horvath.
In the following video, we explain exactly how the process works (be sure to turn on the sound in the bottom right of the video):
We rely exclusively on full ceramic bridges (metal-free) because they meet the highest standards in aesthetics, compatibility, and stability:
100 % Naturalness
Ceramic is translucent like natural tooth enamel. As a result, the bridge is barely noticeable in the mouth.
Stability and Comfort
The bridge is fixed and offers chewing comfort as high as natural teeth.
100 % Biocompatibility
Full ceramic is absolutely biocompatible. No reactions or intolerances occur even after years.
Efficiency through Digital Precision
Thanks to our intraoral scanner and digital planning, you receive a bridge with perfect fit, which ensures the longevity of the abutment teeth.
In this case, the lateral incisor was congenitally missing. We replaced it using an all-ceramic adhesive bridge, commonly known as a Maryland bridge. The restoration is bonded to the inner surface of the canine, allowing a minimal-invasive approach without removing healthy tooth structure. Thanks to the precise ceramic design, the replacement tooth blends perfectly into the smile — you cannot tell it is missing.
In this case, two severely damaged molars were extracted, followed by a six-month long-term provisional to stabilize the area. The final restoration is a fixed dental bridge, shown in the image with the prepared abutment teeth above and the completed all-ceramic bridge below. It restores chewing function and integrates naturally with the remaining dentition.
The patient previously had a bridge replacing the left lateral incisor but was dissatisfied with its appearance, particularly due to severe gum recession on the central incisor caused by surgery many years earlier. We surgically rebuilt the soft tissue and then replaced the missing tooth with a highly aesthetic all-ceramic bridge. The final result is stable, natural-looking, and seamlessly integrated.
This patient underwent a full dental rehabilitation, including Invisalign treatment as well as new crowns, bridges and implants. In the anterior region, we renewed an old bridge replacing the upper right incisor, achieving a harmonious, natural and rejuvenated appearance.

For patients who desire a fast and fixed alternative to implants, this is the solution of choice. Our digitized process minimizes your time commitment and maximizes precision:
Step 1
Analysis & Digital Scan
We create a highly precise scan of the tooth gap and the abutment teeth (no unpleasant impression needed anymore!). Dr. Horvath plans the optimal load capacity and aesthetics of the bridge.

Step 1
Step 2
Preparation & Temporary Restoration
The abutment teeth are prepared while preserving substance. In the same session, you receive a stable, aesthetic temporary restoration that ensures function until the completion of the definitive bridge.

Step 3
Fitting & Final Cementation
This is followed by the fabrication of your final bridge from Zirconia or alternative ceramics in our own master lab. Afterwards, Dr. Horvath checks the margin, fit, and color. Only after perfect approval is the full ceramic bridge permanently and stably cemented.

What patients ask us most frequently.
With good care and regular professional prophylaxis, a high-quality full ceramic bridge often lasts 15 to 20 years and longer. Longevity strongly depends on the care of the abutment teeth.
Yes, that is the main difference compared to implants. The adjacent, healthy teeth (abutment teeth) must be prepared to support the bridge. However, we carry this out preserving as much tooth substance as possible. The preservation of healthy teeth has the highest priority for us.
That depends on the findings. The bridge is often faster and less expensive than an implant and is ideal if the abutment teeth already require crowns anyway. The implant is more substance-preserving, as the neighboring teeth are not prepared. We advise you openly on both options.
No. There is a significant difference:
A dental bridge is a fixed replacement. It is permanently cemented onto the neighboring teeth (abutment teeth) and remains in the mouth day and night. It offers the same feel and chewing comfort as natural teeth.
A denture is a removable replacement that you must take out daily for cleaning.
We use fixed bridges because they offer you the highest stability, best comfort, and most beautiful aesthetics.
Yes, these cases are an important part of our specialization. We often receive inquiries from patients who are not satisfied with the aesthetic or functional result of a prior treatment elsewhere. Thanks to our interdisciplinary expertise, we specialize in analyzing complex or faulty preparatory work and planning a new, permanently stable and aesthetic solution. Start with a well-founded second opinion from us.
No. The preparation and fitting are performed painlessly under local anesthesia. Thanks to our digital scanner, the unpleasant gagging sensation during impression taking is also eliminated.
Typically about six months. We give the jawbone the necessary time to heal stably and securely after the extraction. This healing phase is crucial for the longevity of your new bridge. During this transition period, you are provided with an aesthetically pleasing and stable long-term temporary restoration. Once the healing is complete, our own, digital high-tech fabrication comes into play. The result is an individually adapted, durable bridge that matches the color perfectly. We can often carry out the entire fabrication and the final placement in only one single appointment. This is precise, fast, and without waiting time for an external laboratory.
Choosing Dr. Horvarth for my complete dental restoration was one of my best decisions. Dr. Horvarth is not only a personable and upbeat person but also a great specialist in his field. Here, even a visit to the dentist is a pleasure every time and the end result is more than satisfactory!
I can warmly recommend the Horvath dental practice 100%!
I luckily found Dr. Horvath's family dental practice on the Internet and the website really appealed to me.
I am a very critical and sensitive person and I had a dental phobia. I actually only wanted to have a dental filling, but when I made my first appointment with Dr. Sebastian Horvath, I felt very comfortable and competently advised. I therefore had a lot of confidence and decided to have a complete dental restoration: Two bridges, 8 implants and all teeth re-crowned.
It has been very worthwhile for me because it is a great new quality of life for my overall health.
I am very happy and glad that I entrusted myself to Dr. Sebastian Horvath. He has exceeded my expectations. I am very grateful to Dr. Sebastian Horvath and his highly qualified team.
Anyone who finds Dr. Sebastian Horvath can count themselves lucky!
I am very happy.

As a patient of Dr. Horvath, I can only share the best experiences. From the first appointment to the end, everything went as discussed. Also the good care, the honest trust makes every procedure successful.
I thank Dr. Horvath and the whole team very much that I can count myself among your patients.
Can't recommend it enough!
Background: I have struggled with a problem molar since I was a teenager and have seen several dentists over the years. I had this tooth removed and an implant placed in my home country. Corona came and due to travel restrictions the treatment was delayed, resulting in the implant healing in the wrong position and the tooth behind it cracking, making it impossible to attach a crown to it.
The solution: Dr. Horvath was able to come up with a long-term plan to solve the problem once and for all, and with the help of his lovely wife, we were able to create the necessary space for a crown, remove the implant, and place a brand new, custom-made bridge that was 3D printed literally in three hours. Part of it while I was pregnant.
This is a family practice that really cares about its patients. I have often come to my appointments alone with my baby and have always been warmly welcomed. Everything is planned so that it can be done in as few appointments as possible. As an expat in Switzerland, the reason I originally had treatment done in my home country was the cost of dentistry here. My treatment with Dr. Horvath (including an orthodontic treatment with his wife to align the teeth before the final bridge placement) was mostly covered by my supplementary health insurance in Switzerland, and in the end the whole treatment (including the aesthetic orthodontic treatment!) was cheaper than if I had traveled to my home country to have it done. I was missing a tooth for almost 5 years, and Dr. Horvath gave me brand new teeth in just a few hours :)
If you are considering going to Dr. Horvath for a checkup, stop thinking and just do it! I guarantee you won't regret it!!!
Excellent work, modern and efficient, reliable, friendly, highly recommended in every respect!
I have been with Dr. Horvath (senior and junior) for many years. Great doctors and team. The treatment is of the highest quality and utilizes the latest technology and expertise.
Flexible appointments arranged so that you waste as little time as possible so you don't come back. Excellent, friendly reception at the front desk, same goes for all the doctors and dental hygienists on staff. Dr. Sebastian Horvath was just great, professional, after a diagnosis of my dental situation everything was done in no time. Although I speak German, I was pleased to be welcomed and treated in English. Everything is high tech, probably a bit more expensive, but compared to dentist prices in Switzerland, which are neither insured nor prohibitive, the value for money is remarkable. All in all, it's a win-win relationship. Highly recommended and many thanks to the team at Horvarth

The overall experience is indescribable. It has to be experienced.
I was lucky enough to find Dr. Sebastian Horvath as my dentist (30 minutes from Zurich). His competence and expertise are excellent and I feel I am in the best hands with him. He takes the time to explain EVERYTHING.
The practice itself is also impressive. State-of-the-art technology and equipment are in place and Dr. Horvath and his team use them to provide the best possible care. It's relaxing to know that I'm in good hands here.
I can only recommend Dr. Sebastian Horvath and his team. If you are looking for a competent and modern dental practice, you have definitely come to the right place. Thank you very much for the excellent care, Dr. Horvath!
Professional competence, equipment of the practice, friendly staff. All in all, I feel very well looked after here. I have the utmost confidence in this practice. That's why I can only give it 5 stars!
