We are specialized in Orthodontics (Dr. Nicole Horvath), Prosthetics/Aesthetics (Dr. Sebastian Horvath) and restorative Treatments (Dr. Domonkos Horvath). This guarantees you planning that meets the highest functional and aesthetic standards, far beyond the capabilities of a general dentist.
Our highest goal is to preserve your natural teeth by all means. Because for us, this applies: Your own tooth is always the best solution. Only when the natural tooth is absolutely beyond saving do we work with high-quality, long-lasting replacements.
We are owner-managed and not part of an investor chain. This guarantees you that our decisions are always oriented towards your best treatment in the long term, and not towards short-term profit maximization.
Yes, these cases are an important part of our specialization. We often receive inquiries from patients who are not satisfied with the aesthetic or functional result of a prior treatment elsewhere. Thanks to our interdisciplinary expertise, we specialize in analyzing complex or faulty preparatory work and planning a new, permanently stable and aesthetic solution. Start with a well-founded second opinion from us.
Longevity is the basis of our work. We ensure this through the highest quality materials (full ceramic), digital precision in planning, and a well-thought-out retention concept after orthodontic treatments, which permanently protects your investment.

During the first appointment, we conduct a comprehensive clinical examination (gums, substance, function, aesthetics) as well as an overview X-ray of your teeth. Based on this individual diagnostics, we create a precise treatment plan together with you. Treatment without prior individual diagnostics and planning is not possible due to our medical responsibility. You can see the costs for this in the next section.
Yes, you can reach our practice with your wheelchair. Barrier-free access and inclusion are important values of our practice that we live daily with our patients.
We understand your concerns. Thanks to our long-standing experience and empathy, we create a particularly relaxed and stress-free atmosphere. Yes, very much so. Our specialized, highly efficient workflows (e.g., fabricating crowns in just one session) are ideal for expats who want to plan their treatment in Germany efficiently. We provide you with transparent billing based on the German Fee Schedule for Dentists (GOZ), which you can submit to your international or private health insurance. If needed, we will naturally assist you with complex cases in English as well.
The main languages spoken at our practice are German and English. In addition, our staff also speak Hungarian, Italian, Russian, Ukrainian, and Albanian. Please let us know in advance which language you prefer.
Our practice is focused on specialized, long-term planned treatments (aesthetics, function, high-tech). To ensure appointment reliability and the high-quality standards of our patients, we can unfortunately only treat acute emergencies or emergency tooth extractions in exceptional cases. For acute pain, we advise you to contact a larger dental clinic or the official dental emergency service immediately, as they have special capacities for acute care.
An official dental emergency service is established on weekends, holidays, and bridge days. You can find out which practice is on duty via the central telephone number: +49 761 120 120 00. For emergency care after accidents, the dental clinics in Baden-Württemberg or other clinics with corresponding specialized departments are the right contact points.
The billing for our services is transparently based on the guidelines of the German Fee Schedule for Dentists (GOZ). An individual cost plan can only be created after the initial examination and diagnostics, as the medically necessary services are only determined after precise planning. Creating a cost plan without a prior examination is not possible due to medical responsibility.
Billing is based on the German Fee Schedule for Dentists (GOZ). The cost for the comprehensive initial examination, including the necessary overview X-ray, is approximately €195. Should services not be necessary, they will not be charged. Should additional diagnostic steps (e.g., further X-rays) be useful to avoid follow-up appointments, we will inform you transparently about the additional costs beforehand.
No. Fairness for all parties is very important to us: We always bill only for the medical services actually rendered. Lump-sum prices contradict our medical understanding, as we must ensure that optimal treatment always takes precedence over pre-calculated profit margins.
Yes. In Germany and Switzerland, the service catalogs are nearly identical and legally defined. The investment for the same high-quality dental treatment in Germany is approximately 30 to 40 percent below the level in Switzerland. We offer you first-class care by specialists and state-of-the-art technology, without any compromise on quality. You benefit from this difference, while maintaining high treatment quality and longevity of the result.
Billing is done in phases through our external billing partner. This offers you high flexibility. You can conveniently pay the invoice by bank transfer in Euros or Swiss Francs (CHF), by card, or in cash at the practice.
Yes. For extensive restorations or aesthetic treatments, we offer flexible payment models and installment payments in collaboration with our partners.
Aesthetic services (veneers, bleaching, aligners) are generally private services. For dental prosthetics (crowns, implants), you will receive the statutory fixed subsidy. We clarify this in detail. For diagnosed sleep apnea, the costs for a snoring appliance may be covered by health insurance providers.
Yes, absolutely. After the diagnostics, you will receive a detailed and binding cost plan from us, which itemizes all service steps transparently.
Yes. For extensive restorations or aesthetic treatments, we offer flexible payment models and installment payments in cooperation with our partners, to make it easier for you to realize your dream.
For us, high-quality dentistry means minimally invasive, predictable, and long-lasting treatments that are personalized for you.
What We Stand For
For us, high-quality dentistry means minimally invasive, predictable, and long-lasting treatments that are personalized for you.

Veneers are wafer-thin ceramic shells that are only bonded to the visible tooth surface to correct color and shape (Minimal invasive). A crown completely covers the tooth and serves to protect a heavily weakened tooth.
No. We work minimally invasively. Often, a minimal preparation of the tooth surface is sufficient. We prefer prior correction of the tooth alignment using aligners to preserve tooth substance as much as possible.
The duration depends on the complexity of your case. Simple cosmetic corrections can take as little as 6 to 9 months, while more complex treatments may take longer. We will create a precise timeline after the 3D scan.
The durability of professional bleaching is highly individual and depends significantly on your lifestyle: Staining consumables (coffee, tea, red wine, nicotine) can cause new discolorations and thus shorten the durability. Careful oral hygiene and regular professional dental cleanings significantly prolong the result. You can optimize durability by avoiding strongly staining foods for 1–2 days after the bleaching and later consuming staining drinks preferably with a straw.
No, fillings, veneers, and crowns cannot be lightened. This is why dental planning is so important: We check this in advance. If necessary, old restorations can be replaced after bleaching to match the new, lighter white color.
With optimal care and regular professional prophylaxis, modern implants often last for decades.
A bone deficiency is no longer an obstacle today. Thanks to modern, minimally invasive bone augmentation techniques (e.g., sinus lift or augmentation), we can create a stable basis for the implant even in difficult cases.
In most cases, no. One of our biggest advantages is the in-house fabrication of full ceramic crowns. We can often complete and directly place your crown in just one single appointment.
Full ceramic is the gold standard today. It is more aesthetic, as it reflects light like a natural tooth. It is more biocompatible and excludes the risk of dark gum margins, which often occur with metal alloys.
That depends on the findings. The bridge is often faster and cheaper than an implant and ideal if the abutment teeth already require crowns anyway. The implant is more substance-preserving, as the neighboring teeth do not have to be prepared. We advise you impartially on both options.

No. Thanks to modern anesthetics and the rapid removal of the inflamed nerve, the treatment itself is pain-free. If you visit us with tooth pain, we first concentrate on eliminating the pain immediately.
Through the use of microscopy, electrical length measurement, and mechanical preparation, we achieve a success rate of over 90% – significantly higher than with conventional methods.
Yes, in most cases. A root-treated tooth is brittle. To protect the tooth from fracturing (especially when chewing) and to seal it permanently, we recommend an aesthetic full ceramic crown or partial crown.
