Subject:

New patients

Welcome to our independent, family-run practice. We treat you personally, bundle steps where it saves time, and keep routes short. Orthodontics by Dr Nicole Horvath; prosthodontics and aesthetic dentistry by Dr Sebastian Horvath.

First visit and workflow

Your first visit provides a complete picture of gums, teeth, function and aesthetics; an overview X-ray if needed. We discuss goals, options and a sensible sequence. Billing follows German GOZ regulations.

Appointments and cancellations

We consolidate several steps into a few well-planned sessions. That reduces visits but can create lead times. Cancellation is free up to two business days before. Late cancellations without replacement are charged at 50 percent of the planned treatment cost.

Fees, billing and financing

After diagnostics, you receive a clear, personal treatment and cost plan under GOZ. Interest-free financing is available for up to six months via our partner. Payment options: cash, card, mobile or bank transfer in EUR or CHF.

Difference in treatment costs between Germany and Switzerland

Both countries use clearly defined fee structures: a legal fee schedule in Germany (GOZ) and tariff‑based dental systems in Switzerland (e.g., the SSO tariff). Total fees are built from itemized components. Our standard is high quality without shortcuts. When you compare the same components for the same indication and treatment scope, the overall difference is often around 30–40% in favor of Germany.

Emergency treatments

Our schedule focuses on planned care. We try to offer short-notice pain appointments when possible. On weekends, public holidays and bridge days please use the regional dental emergency service: +49 761 120 120 00.
